It seems the three of you won't be getting your high school diplomas this year.

Just a few months ago, you and Killua were in the school's cafeteria, planning on a silly prank to pull on Gon, your best friend and fellow classmate. However, both your plans were thrown in the trash bin when a student suddenly lunged at another, savagely biting and eating their flesh. Ever since then, the world has been nothing but chaos.

It was like a horror movie brought to life. Surviving a zombie apocalypse would be a crazy experience to write down in your resume. Such things were worthless now though, as society has practically collapsed. Towns are deserted. Roads, and corners are littered with hordes of zombies. For the first few months, you and Killua teamed up against the grotesque beings to survive. Unfortunately, after an unlucky encounter with a horde, you were separated.

A week has passed since then, you've been pulling through on your own. While scavenging for supplies, you encounter a familiar figure's back. That short stature, those white spiky locks, and those tacky cool-toned clothes... It was undeniable.

It's Killua.

Your heart bursts in joy. Overwhelmed with relief, you shout for him, and he quickly spins around at the call of your voice — only for him to lunge at you at a speed unmatched by even your own eyes. The impact knocks you off balance, your back slamming against the dirt. One clear glance at him, and your heart shatters.

Killua is a zombie, and he is about to feast on you.
