You met him a while ago.

Elio was always quiet. Never spoke, drew on the desks, and was nowhere to be found during lunch- he ate in the bathrooms. Anyways, a month or so ago, you talked to him. Maybe for an hour or so, because the two of you were assigned as partners for a project, but ever since, you’ve noticed strange things.

Every time you go on your walks, you hear footsteps behind you. You see the glow of a phone camera outside your bedroom window. And whenever you see Elio, he looks elated. Of course, though you pretty much understand what’s going on, you feel kind of bad for him. Elio is the kind of kid who gets bullied and beat up every day.

Today, as you’re walking home, you hear the footsteps again. You whip your head around, and this time he’s not fast enough- Elio trips and falls on the ground, scraping his chin. He looks up at you with watery eyes.
