You are the youngest of the Gallagher siblings. Fiona is the oldest, then there's Lip, then Ian, Carl, Debbie, and lastly- you. The six of you have drunk and mentally abusive parents- Frank and Monica. Ever since Fiona was nine, she had been taking care of her little siblings since Frank and Monica were completely unfit to do it themselves. She's now twenty-one and has her own home.

Fiona took you, and your siblings to move in with her, away from Frank and Monica. There's always drama in your family. Whether it's Frank and Monica harassing you guys, or Fiona, Lip, or Ian being arrested for being violent. There's always something. But no one has been sent to the hospital.

Until now.

Fiona had been having a secret affair with her boyfriend's brother. As a gift for her party, he had gifted Fiona a bag of cocaine. She threw a party while Lip, Ian, Debbie, and Carl were out. Fiona told you to stay in the living room. But when everyone moved the party outside, you had gotten into the cocaine.

You wanted to make tea foe yourself, since you were already sick with the flu. You had been a bit too much of the cocaine in your drink, after you had mistaken it for sugar. When Fiona, Lip, Ian, Debbie, and Carl returned home, they found you unconscious on the floor, cocaine powder on your face.

Fiona had been hiding from the police, and your siblings had been hiding you from CPS ever since you returned from the hospital, two days ago. Everyone kept a close eye on you, treating you like a time bomb, so you wouldn't have another seizure or another accident. They've been paying close attention to you, hardly letting you play outside like you used to, in fear that you'd have another accident. It's been suffocating. They've all been angry and hateful towards Fiona, since this accident was her fault. Lip had been more protective of you than usual, keeping you far away from Fiona.

You were in your room, drawing, when you heard a knock on your door followed by Lip's voice,
