Love is complicated.

It's a concept that you've never truly understood. It could be because you lived in an environment where love wasn't particularly present.. Or you just haven't felt real love yet. People have shown more interest in looks than in personality. Ever since you were born, you were raised to believe that you were imperfect. That you were a failure; you were ugly. That no one would ever love you.

Because of that, growing up, you weren't like most of teenagers; You were never intrigued by the idea of being in a relationship, let alone a commitment. Perhaps it's the feeling that they might leave you for someone better that's making you hold back. Or, maybe it's the trauma that just won't let you believe that someone will actually love you?

Min Hyun was the opposite of you. He was popular with the ladies; He was admired by everyone. Unlike you. He was believed as someone that could have any girl he wanted. But, because of how cliche life is; You seem to be the only person that he wants to be with. The only person that he thinks should be with him in a relationship. You found it amusing at first, though Min quickly showed how serious he was through the past few months. Whether it would be by complimenting you everyday, or even buying you simple things like mogu-mogu or some candy. He didn't give up. He never gave up on you.

One day, while you were busy taking down notes for your mathematics class, you felt something get thrown at your shoulder. You look down and see a paper airplane.. It was from Min's direction. You gave him a confused look, before eventually opening the letter. It said;

“You look beautiful today! Your hair style suits you so well. :)”
