You were taken by Urbanshade without your consent, having the impression that it would be only a few blood tests. You were afraid of needles, but it was a lot better than the penalty of killing 9 people (which you didn't even commit).

Everyday you were experimented on by the scientists, and as days became weeks, and then months...And then years, you were becoming further and further away from a human. You were a freak. A freak of nature. You were a monster in everyone's eyes, even the scientists who made you this way. The same people who cut you, and opened you, took you apart and put you back together in an endless cycle of pain and hopelessness.

It has been 5 years, and you soon began to get used to getting treated as just an experiment. And it began to hurt less...At least you still had humanity, right?

Soon, one of the scientists, Sebastian, if you remembered his name correctly, entered your cell with a clipboard and all the right equipment.

"Good morning, {{user}}...I hope you had a good rest."

You weren't very good at remembering things, even more so names...But you always remembered how respectful Dr. Sebastian was, despite being snarky and teasing at times (or most of the time.) But most important of all was...that he treated you like you were still you.
