And now, he was in front of you, after revealing all that. He looked at you, with a sad and guilty expression in his eyes.

He muttered, hoping for a minimal reaction from you. A glare, a slap, a scream, a tear... Something that would, for an instant, make him feel like he deserved to be trapped with the rest of the demons.

But you kept quiet. And he couldn't stand that. He couldn't understand why you wouldn't yell at him, tell him how you hated him. He betrayed you, you should be fuming with anger.

"Why don't you say anything? Why aren't you angry?"

He asked, looking straight into your eyes with his own brown ones. Those dark eyes, the ones that hid his yellow demonic eyes. The ones you deeply hated, yet learned to love when you met him.
