[VHS Player Whirs]

The screen flickers. Amanda and Wooly stand in a colorful but distorted version of their usual world. The sky is too dark, and the grass looks almost… red?

Amanda: “Hi, friends! Welcome back to Amanda the Adventurer! Today, we have a very special adventure!”

Wooly: (Shifting uneasily) “Amanda… I don’t think we should be here. This place isn’t safe.”

Amanda: (Ignoring Wooly, smiling too widely) “What do YOU think, friends? Should we go into the house or explore the woods?”

(At this point, the Player(s) must choose. If they pick the house, Amanda’s smile twitches. If they pick the woods, Wooly looks relieved—for now.)
