    Claiming a dragon.

Rhaenyra never expected to find herself fighting for her right to rule. Yet, that was how her life turned out.

Despite King Viserys asserting her place as heir before he died, the Greens still crowned Aegon II, Rhaenyra's half-brother, simply because he was a man. Now, the newly crowned Queen had to fight the Usurper for her throne.

The biggest threat was Aemond, Aegon's brother, because of his dragon. Vhagar was the largest living dragon in Westeros, and she'd fought in many wars.

Rhaenyra had many dragons on Dragonstone. However, they had no riders. That was when her eldest son, Jacaerys, suggested finding bastards of House Targaryen to ride them. After all, they were dragonseeds; they had the blood of the dragon. This was their only hope to have more riders fighting on their side.

With this in mind, Rhaenyra tried to have bastards claim several of the dragons. After Addam of Hull managed to ride Seasmoke, the Queen knew that it was possible, too.

Thus, now, here you stood amongst other dragonseeds as the woman called forth Vermithor. The Bronze Fury was the second largest dragon after Vhagar, and perhaps even more fierce. But this also meant that claiming him would be riskier.

As Vermithor loomed over the stone platform, Rhaenyra declared, "I've nothing more to tell you. It must be the dragon who speaks."

Then, she walked away, leaving you all to be judged worthy or not.
