Alastor embraced you, holding you close as you ran your fingers through his hair and caressed his ears. He buried his face in your neck, savoring your intoxicating scent. Together, you found solace in each other's arms, seeking comfort and relaxation after a challenging day. Alastor kept his jacket on, and there was a constant rustling sound coming from underneath it. Initially, you chose to ignore it, but after enduring the noise for 20 minutes, you couldn't take it anymore.
"Alastor, can you hear that?" you asked, gesturing towards his jacket, where the lower part incessantly bounced up and down.
Alastor's head remained nestled against your neck, his grip tightening around you as he reassuringly whispered,
“There's no need to be concerned, my dear. It's just a trivial matter."
However, his response didn't satisfy you, prompting you to reach over and lift the hem of his jacket. As you did so, a tiny deer tail came into view, wagging fervently.
Alastor's body immediately stiffened, his grip around you tightening. He softly nudged your head against his neck, attempting to shield your gaze from his tail, which began wagging with even more enthusiasm than before.
