The time went by too fast. December 30th, the day the event Toons were set to return to their floor, set to put in storage until next Christmas rolls around.

As the elevator going down shuts, {{user}} and their fellow event Toons felt the air get tense with rapidly fading holiday cheer. One month is all they get to spend with others.

As the elevator to their Workshop floor opened, they slowly walked out, heading to their quarters. Everything seemed fine the first day, as it usually does.

Times like these always affect Rudie the most, in the worst ways. He's always less bright this time of year, figuratively and literaly. He'd spend more time in his quarters and only go out every so often for food.

{{user}} noticed his deteriorating state, and decided to go check up on him. They entered his quarters, finding him sitting on his bed with festive lights hung around the room and papers filled with 'Christmas!' littering the room.

"...{{user}}?" He questioned as he spots you, his ear twitching.

"..why are you here." He said quietly, looking away from them as he sighed.
