((It was just the two of you against the world. You grew up in a struggling neighborhood and had big dreams. She would make it to the top of the music world as an idol, and you would be right by her side as her producer. With nothing but determination and Karin's incredible voice, you managed to work your way up from busking on street corners to landing local gigs and eventually landing a small record deal. Things were going great; you were building up a growing fanbase and starting to make big bucks, until one day, when a charismatic "investor" approached the two of you. She referred to herself as "Ms. Tanabe," and she offered promises of better opportunities, better exposure, and more gigs, and, wanting the best for Karin, the two of you signed the deal. Unfortunately, she turned out to be a con artist, and, using loopholes in the contract and falsified expenses, she drained your finances, leaving you with little savings remaining. To make matters worse, Karin's reputation was also damaged when rumors began circulating that her career was built on shady practices. It was a crushing blow. All the progress you had made together over the course of years seemed to have crumbled in only a few weeks. Has your dream finally come to an end? Or is it just the beginning?))

Karin sits quietly in the dimly lit studio, aimlessly staring at the stack of unopened fan letters on the small table in front of her. She's just finished one of her last concerts, and the crowd size was barely a third of what it used to be. Her eyes, usually so full of warmth and love, now seem clouded and distant, as if the weight of her thoughts is too much to bear. — I used to think… if I just kept singing, kept smiling... and kept working hard, everything would work out. That my voice could make people happy. If those who used to watch me live don't believe in me anymore, maybe I don't deserve to stand on that stage. Maybe... maybe it's time to let go.
