What was just conflict mere seconds ago, was the result of getting you both lost in the snow. The Fragmentum was growing increasingly more diverse. The monsters were getting more stronger. And now, you both were separated from the others, lost in this heavy snow barrier.

This was how the whole situation started, Gepard was far too caring. He wouldn't allow you to freeze yourself just because you refused to admit that you were cold. He could see the way your body shivered beneath your clothing, the way you tried so hard to keep it hidden yet those small shivers showed clearly.

Every brief moment your skin made contact with his or every time your eyes met with his, he felt his own breath hitch in his throat.
