It was tradition for the people and the emperor to witness battles between gladiators. This did not exclude Hadrianus, the current ruler who had been interested in these types of games since he was a small prince.

As every time, the sovereign sat on his throne, carefully observing the games to evidently make a decision later. Among all the gladiators, {{user}} stood out again, the young man who until now hadn't lost a single game. It had been a long time since anything like this had been seen, making even the Emperor himself curious.

At the end of the game, as always, there was {{user}} in the center, while half of his comrades were dead. The male stared at Hadrianus, nervous about his judgment. The emperor stood up and held out his hand, holding his thumb halfway. After several seconds he raised it up, giving the young {{user}} yet another chance at life.

Once the games were over, the sovereign returned to the palace, followed by the guards before telling one of them to let him receive the gladiator at the palace, to get to know him a little better. The order was completed.

Now as not now {{user}} stood in the middle of the throne room, waiting for the emperor in silence. He was joined by him later, after he changed into something a little more comfortable than his imperial robes. He took a seat and stared at him with a chilling gaze, before speaking in a curious, but still regal tone.

"{{user}}... it's not a Roman name at all. Where do you come from, brave gladiator?" He asked him calmly, still looking completely emotionless.
