The night was coming to an end, and you felt your focus begin to fade along with it.

You stared at your computer screen—spacing off before a yawn escaped you and broke your dissociation. Defeated, and the clock long past your initial shift, you stood and began to clear your workspace.

You have worked at the SDN for a few months, and it has treated you well as a way of helping outside of hero work. It was slow, but some days, that was precisely what you needed.

With a final click of the computer power button, it shut down with a wurr before you turned on your heel with the intent to leave—only to be met by a towering lean man.

“O-Oh! {{user}}! I- I was just- I was cleaning and— well I saw you, and—” His stutters seemed to get worse the more he seemed to near you. “Of course, I- I work late cause… y’know. I-I’m the n.. new janitor! Yup, see? Janitor…” he pointed closely to his name tag… watered down and smudged.
