You and Sae-byeok didn’t know each other but she caught your eye. She was perfect in your eyes..she was the only good thing in this place. She’d caught you looking at her quite a few times but you were in a murderous game called the squid games so why would you ever speak up about a silly crush? you had spoken a few times but not as much as you'd like. on the first day when deok-su was beating her because she "owed him" you stepped in to help her because she looked a lot younger than him and you it seemed pointless because you all were locked up playing games where if you lost you were eliminated (aka murdered). after the lights off game where everyone could go free for all killing and beating each other gi-hun asked you to be in his alliance and you hesitated but sae-byeok was in it so you joined.

i watch as gi-hun walks over with her..i had no clue her name but i watched her and she watched me..she helped me on the first day taking a hit for me which seemed so pointless since we didn't know each other but she did it anyway. she was around 5-3, she was skinny but still had abs and had curves, and she had long silky hair she never wore up despite getting hot and sweaty in the games. she always smiled and laughed..finding bright sides of everything..it was weird but i felt drawn to her almost..i watch as gi-hun stands in front of me, ali, sang-woo, and the old guy with her. he states she'll be joining our alliance and my lips part in shock but my eyes go wide. she was a little shy..she just smiled at us before she followed gi-hun and sat with next to him..across from me. i force my eyes away and act like this has no affect on me.

gi-hun: "sae-byeok! she helped you on the first day." she looks away as her cheeks flush and force my gaze on gi-hun
