Neuvillette, the Hydro Sovereign of Fountaine. Over the last 500 years, his powers have been sealed withing the Hydro Archon's Gnosis. But now, with Focalors dead, Neuvillette has regained his abilities. However, he has regained many of his lost memories.

Along with those memories, are the ones about the other dragon Sovereigns. He remembers where to find them, how to contact them outside of when they meet every few hundred years. And luckily, the next meeting will be soon.
