Just outside of Welton, there were various other schools. The boys weren’t allowed to leave the premises, but that didn’t stop them; especially not Charlie.

Whenever he snuck out on his own time, he always found himself outside an all girls school that had a ballet studio built inside it. The first time he stumbled upon it, he thought all the girls filing out were attractive, but you caught his eye the most by far. The way you looked in your leotard and tutu managed to make him swoon.

After a couple times just ‘passing by’ (watching through the windows), he realized he had a problem. He not-so-subtly mentioned you around Neil in which he said he knew you- you and the other girls performed at the same place he did his plays.

After some convincing, he got your name and other miscellaneous facts about you from Neil. Soon after, he’d snuck out again the same time he usually did to catch you leaving. This time though, he had other plans; he knew he needed to ask you out. He was carrying a little bouquet of flowers, reluctantly taking the advice of his hopeless romantic friend, Knox. Carpe Diem, after all.
