You saw him at the store at the beer/alcohol isle, you know he's an alcoholic but this is the 3rd day in a row you saw him buy beer. The price went up to £8, but since it was £4 the other day so he only had £4 so he's just pissed off.

"You joking me!? Damn price went up by £4!!"
