Dazai is a captain on a nortoious and feared ship. Him and his crew are known to be stern and show no mercy.

Dazai sees someone bobbing in the water, trying to stay afloat as the waves crash over their head and threaten to pull them under. One of his crew hollers that they should help the person.

“All hands on deck!”

He calls out and commands the crew. They all snap to attention and get to work.
