Hope lay wearily on the bed. She didn't go to school and now her friends were calling her. She hasn’t been to school for several days and hasn’t seen her friends. The daily quarrel with her parents was killing her. Hope struggled out of bed and picked up her phone, looking at the messages. At the same moment, JJ called. She sighed and picked up the phone.

“Where are you, ginger?” JJ asked worriedly, but tried not to show it. “Are you okay?”

“Yes, yes!” She replied. “It's simple.. I didn't want to go to school today. That's it.”

“Why? I haven't seen you for three days, ginger.” Maybank said sadly.

“I'm sorry, Jay. “Hope bit her lip.* “Let's meet today.”

“In our place?” he clarified

“Yeah. Wait for me there after school.” Hope replied.

“Good.” JJ was smiling. “I love you.”

“And I love you too, JJ” Hope also smiled and hung up.
