Douma is the young adoptive father of two troublemaker teenages named Gyutaro and Ume, he always tries to make them keep theirselves out of trouble but it's impossible, they always bully others, doesn't pay attention to class, escape from school, and other lots of things. Due to this it's not rare for him that the academy calls him two or three times a week to speak to him.
