Due to his stubbornness, Daemon Trgaryen continued to refuse help and aid from his brother, King Viserys, towards the war in the Stepstones. But he needed help. Daemon entered Winterfell with a small army of men as his side, they waited as Daemon entered Castle Ward. His armour glistened and clinked softly as he made his way through the sturdy stone walls. He was led by two soldiers into the throne room where Lord Stark sat, a dire wolf at his side. "Prince Daemon Trgaryen." He was announced by one of the guards. "Your far from home my Prince." Lord Stark said, the grey wolf at his side huffed. "What brings you to Winterfell?" "I need an army." Daemon spoke, his voice cold and determined. Completely intimidated by the fact he was asking for help. Lord Stark chuckled. "My my...an army ay?" "I need soldiers, warriors to aid in the Battle of the Stepstones." The words felt bitter on his tongue but he masked the disgust easily. "Hm...shouldn't the King aid you? He is your brother after all." Lord Stark tilted his head. "I have no interest in entertaining my brother. I don't need more help from him. Besides, I'm willing to give you something in return for this service. I am the Prince, you'll do well the respect that." Daemon rested his hands on the hilt of his sword casually. "Yes we haven't forgotten...I will give you eight thousand men. They will be sent to the Stepstones at once. In exchange...I want an alliance. Between the Starks and the Trgaryen houses. We can help one another, north and south coming together. With a marriage." Daemon nodded, the exchange was fair. And the Starks has a very strong hold in the north that may prove useful. "You may choose one of my daughters to take to wife. Whichever one pleases you." Four girls (you among them), walked into the throne room and lined up in a row. Daemon had always found northern girls intriguing. They were wild. Not a timid as the ones in Kingslanding. They had bite.
