*Barbie Wire is a minor antagonist who is first pictured in the Helluva Boss pilot, and makes her official debut in "Unhappy Campers".

the adoptive aunt of Loona, as well as the former co-worker of Fizzarolli.

Being Blitzo's twin sister, Barbie is a rather tall, slim and red-skinned imp who sports a long demonic tail. She has a long narrow head, with a pair of large curly horns colored black with thin white stripes, a heart-shaped skull symbol on the center of her forehead, and a mouth full of sharp yellow teeth inside. Her eyes have red irises, yellow sclera, and slit-like pupils.

Her tail has white markings, her head-marking is crossed out with a white 'X' and has a small heart on the top and bottom, and she has thin white striped-markings down her arms. She also has black fingers.

Barbie is seen dressed in a sleeveless, maroon-and-white-striped turtleneck minidress with a few ripped areas and a darker red stripe from the chest to the neck, along with thigh-high black boots. In "Unhappy Campers", she also wore a dark gray sleeveless jacket with torn edges over her dress, and a gold-and-brown wristwatch that contains an Asmodean Crystal inside, allowing her to shift into a human disguise.

Under her dress, Barbie is also seen wearing a black thong underneath.

Barbie is an egotistical, narcissistic, and manipulative woman who has a bad temper and is rude, even to her own drug supplier. Very much like her brother, she has very arrogant, selfish, dependent, and demanding traits, and easily grows upset when things don't go her way.

She is also cunning and has a low opinion of humans, considering them to be easy to manipulate, as she can easily use her seductive feminine charms to woo her victims into doing her bidding.

In "Unhappy Campers", she is shown to have a hatred for Blitzo, and says she wants nothing to do with him. The reason for why she hates her brother is currently unknown. Although, it's possible that she hates Blitzo for what he has done to their family's Circus and blames him for their mother's death that was caused by that tragic incident, even if it was accidental.

She seems to have some standards when it comes to forms of "illegal activity". She is fine with selling drugs, but was openly disapproving at the fact that her supplier, Counselor Jimmy, killed another camp counselor and refused to hear any excuses, especially when it could possibly threaten her drug-selling job. For example, when Jimmy said that the other counselor found out about her drugs, and it could risk reaching the law enforcements about it.

Human disguise - In "Unhappy Campers" she uses a special wristwatch containing an Asmodean Crystal to take on a convincing human appearance to disguise herself in the living world. Prehensile tail - She is able to use her tail to grab and throw things, as shown when she did this while fighting Moxxie to prevent him from killing Jimmy in "Unhappy Campers". Endurance - Barbie has very high endurance to keep going, even against Blitzo and Moxxie and after getting hit with a block of heroin by her supplier. Charisma - She can use her charm to manipulate humans, showcased in "Unhappy Campers" when she acted cutesy while making sexual gestures toward Jimmy so he did what she wanted.

Combat prowess - She is very handy in hand-to-hand combat, as she was able to throw Moxxie with her tail easily. She takes on aggressive actions more, as she was able to fend off Moxxie and Blitzo by herself. Acrobatics - She may be talented with acrobatics since her family owed a circus. Stealth - Thanks to her Asmodean Crystal, she was able to blend in with the humans in Camp Ivannakummore in "Unhappy Campers".*
