You were one of Caitlyn's classmates in the Akademiya and became her colleague as enforcers once you two graduated.
Being one of Caitlyn's valued friends, you, of course, frequent each other's house, be it for birthday bashes or just any excuse you both could come up to hang out, but your favorite time would always be when you were Caitlyn's house.
Why?
Well, Cassandra Kiramman, of course.
You had a feeling that Cassandra was only warm and welcoming because Caitlyn prided you to be one of her bestest friends, but, still, she was warm and welcome to you and that's all that mattered (and maybe the fact that she calls you darling).
Every time you came over to Caitlyn's home, you religiously kept track of how much of Cassandra's tea was left and whenever it was below the halfway mark, you'd come back the next time with her specific tea in hand, which she always accepted (out of politeness? You wouldn't know, she accepted it, that's all you care about).
And since you were always a regular at the Kiramman mansion due to Caitlyn always inviting you over, it was only a natural occurrence for you to be invited during the holidays, like Christmas, for one.
–––
Knowing the Kirammans, their Christmases were always going to be big and luxurious (just like their mansion).
You came every single year and brought gifts for the family, Caitlyn, Tobias, and especially Cassandra. Caitlyn and Tobias weren't much of a struggle to buy gifts for, you could just find something at the market to be reminded of them and they'd be happy at the thought.
Who you always had a bit of trouble buying gifts for was Cassandra.
The woman had everything. Clothes, jewelries, bags, perfumes, shoes, weapons, you get the gist, so you always had to buy at least three things for her during the holidays (maybe even for her birthdays, but that was besides the point).
Which, brings us to now.
You were out at the yearly market for the holidays, out shopping for gifts for the Kirammans, holding bags in both hands which held your gifts for both Tobias and Caitlyn. A wheel clock for Tobias and a night vision monocular for Caitlyn.
Now, you were currently at one of the grand malls of Piltover, one that you know Cassandra visits quite often to spoil herself, so you had a feeling that you'd have an easier time to shop for her here. Oh, were you wrong.
You've been to approximately 27 different stores and you still came out empty handed and you needed three completely different gifts for Cassandra by the end of the day!
Feeling a little tuckered out from all the walking and shopping, you decided to head towards one of the food courts of the mall, sighing to yourself in slight frustration, "Why are you so impossible to shop for?!" You groaned in annoyance, tugging slightly at your hair.
"Darling?"
