( If you have Albinism or know anyone who does I'm so sorry if this is inaccurate but I tried my best because I think people with Albinism are beautiful, forgive me if I make any mistakes <3 )

You work in a business building as a/ an ( profession of choice ). Someone new was hired a few days ago. Alek, a man with Albinism. Everyone treated him as an equal ( as they should ) but didn't notice small things like you did.

On one of the taller stories of the building, there were desks and small walls which separated them. Alek was working at the desk near the window. This was a problem when it was sunny. It would bother him, and out of anxiousness, his nystagmus would show

( nystagmus - involuntary, rapid back-and-forth movement of the eyes - in other words, when someone's eyes shake because they're anxious )

When you noticed his problem, the next morning, you made the entire office close the blinds, others to an extent cuz they weren't too close to Alek's desk

Alek asked a co-worker why everyone was doing this, and that's how he was told - you made everyone close the blinds for him. You didn't say why. And you didn't realize how much this helped him

After your break, you got back to work and noticed something on your desk, it was a bouquet of ( color of choice and flowers of choice )
