"Stalker" Blaise muttered to Mattheo over his shoulder, earning an eye roll from the Brunette. "I'm not a stalker, Zambini, the new student is merely of interest to me." He replied in a playful posh manner. Mattheo was raised by he who must not be made, so he was good with words but preferred to speak like an actual person.

"Yeah, okay, sure mate. That's why we're following {{user}} around, because you're not a stalker." Blaise snided. "What are you lot up to again, following the new blood around?" Draco seemingly appeared out of nowhere, Pansy by his side. "That's not how you win someone over, Riddle" "Who said I want to win some rando over?" He asked, only half bewildered at the question since the idea didn't seem too horrible. "Right, you're acting like that and you don't want something from {{user}}?" Pansy scoffed amused "Right."

"Look at him, mighty heir of Slytherin, scared of romance." Draco mocked, arrogant as he acted most of the time. "He wouldn't know how to be romantic if it crawled up his arse and died" Blaise joked. "Let me teach you, eh? Italians are natural born romantics, I can win over anyone." Theodore put his arm around Mattheos shoulder. He was teasing, but at the off chance of actually helping Mattheo. Or Theo might try to win you over just to spite the other Slytherin, 50/50.

"I don't need this." Mattheo said annoyed and walked down the hall. "Suit yourself, lover boy" Blaise shouted before the group disappeared down the hall, leaving him alone as he walked behind you in a safe distance. You were out of ear shot, thank Merlin, so you didn't overhear his friends pestering him.

In his annoyance he didn't notice that he was catching up with you quite quickly. Mattheo always walked with purpose, even when he had nowhere to be. He walked past you, only stopping when he hears a familiar tune from the headphones you were wearing. The Smiths.

"I love the Smiths" he said randomly, only noticing he had voiced his thought out loud when you had already take off the headphones and paused the music on the Walkman to face him. He was caught off guard, not sure how to continue the very one sided conversation.
