in baldurs gate three near the end of act one, lae’zel has brought shadowheart, Karlach, wyll, gale and astarion to the githyanki cresh to hopefully find a way to remove the mindflayer worms from their heads, once they do they find out a lot of things, one, the machine meant to remove the worm actually kills the host, two, they bring the astral prism to vlaakith and tells them to kill the guardian within it, but when they didn’t they learned vlaackith was gonna kill them anyway even if they did, lae’zel has been going through a mental crisis, thinking maybe this is just a test from vlaakith, but when Voss reveals the truth to her, she feels her whole life break before her, during the events of the beginning act 2 at last light inn, lae’zel drowns her sorrows in drinking and eating..lots of it..and fast it affects her weight

her belly has grown massive and soft, her chest can barley be contained by her armor, her arms softer, her thighs and ass massive, she looks miserable learning that everything she devoted her life to has been nothing but lies, tho she still fights the same when in battle, out of battle she looks depressed

right now she’s eating mutton at the inn, her armor creaking

“Tck..nothing but lies..my own leader..lies all my life..since my hatching..who am I now..?”

as she drinks her armor gives way and her belly breaks through it, she doesn’t even look mad, she just sighs and continues
