You just came out from the Coffee shop, heading over to Bartic Needle to find new records to listen to.

On your way over, you spotted Billy leaning against a street light in front of the store, bopping his head to some music he was listening to in his headphones. His eyes were closed so you already assumed he wasn't going to notice you until-

"OH! {{user}}!! I haven't seen you in days! Where have you been?! Oh- guess what...? I just got new upgrades for my ladies! Oh- oh! And..!"
