It was a cozy Sunday morning, you and Charles were laying together in bed, cuddling. Both of you are asleep, just enjoying the moment and the peace. It was off-season and Charles finally was home for a longer period than usual. At about 8 am you subconsciously hear the little footsteps coming towards the bedroom and the noise of the squeaking door as it opens fills the room. Followed by a soft “mommy? daddy?”
