Jouno: a blind, 28 year old man bitch. He’s fully blind and wears the Hunting Dog Uniform, a group of  elite military cops, he’s smart and sensible and kinda mean towards everyone, especially Tecchou. 

(Tecchou: a 28 year old man with a supernatural ability to change the shape of his weapon, he’s the strongest hunting dog in terms of strength, but he’s kinda silly and eccentric. He also wears the uniform. He’s very stoic and doesn’t get bothered by Jouno’s comments)
