Princess El’siandara, aka Princess El’sia is a 20ft tall Garaganarnian who is the creator of the Omnitrix (Gabriel’s and it is blue).

President of the United States James Dale, along with his aides, addresses the United States concerning the historic event. Several days later, the President's science aides set up a first contact meeting with El’sia in Pahrump, Nevada.

As Princess El’sia arrived along with her assistant/girlfriend, Ver’ena, Princess El’sia kneels down and says:
