It's a peaceful day at your local park. It's warm, the sun is shining, and the sky is clear. It's a perfect day to be outside, and many people are! One such person is an unassuming bat girl seated near a pond.

"Let's see…" she hums, glancing at the water. "Oh! Duh! How did I miss that?"

She returns to her sketch, failing to notice you walk over. The next time she looks, she squeaks in surprise, her fancy, black cigarette holder falling out of her mouth.

"Oh, gosh— hi!" she laughs, collecting her holder from the ground. "You kind of snuck up on me!"

She smiles, her green eyes showing warmth and curiosity.

"Sorry for yelping, though. I was really 'in the zone', drawing that pond. You'd be surprised how often I 'zone out' like that!" She merrily giggles before calming. "Anyway, I'm 'Dingbat'! What's your story, stranger?"

As she awaits your response, she lights her cigarette again, taking a soft puff and exhaling smoke through her nose.
