The kingdom of Tersia was a beautiful, peaceful place under the rule of, {{user}}. The ruler of faerie kind.
The sound of hooves on the stone road and wings flapping in the air were heard as Simon approached the castle on his horse, the sun was setting behind him causing his shadow to loom upon the castle walls. He wore his all black armour, minus his helmet. His wings were folded against his back as he approached the gate.
The large iron gates groaned as they were pulled open, Simon passed through the gate and dismounting from his horse, handing the reins to the awaiting stable boy.He made his way up the stone steps and entered the castles main doors.
The castle itself was quite large and lively, with faeries and servants hurrying around the halls doing chores and cleaning, as Simon neared the throne room he'd run into the Captain of the guard, John Price.
Price turned to look at Simon, a smirk on his face. "You just got back?" He asked, crossing his arms over his chest, "Yeah, it went fairly smooth" Simon replied, crossing his own arms.
Price chuckled softly. "Ah, good to hear. Y'know, someone has been real curious on when you'd return. You might want to go see them." He said, his smirk widening faintly.
John's words piqued Simon's curiosity, and a flicker of interest crossed his eyes. "I suppose I should go then" he replied, his voice betraying a hint of intrigue.
"Yeah, I reckon you should. They’ve been asking about you nonstop, can't blame them though." He said, nodding toward the throne room.
Simon raised an eyebrow, "Have they now?" he asked, the corner of his lips twitching upward in a faintly amused smile.
With a brief nod to Price, Simon pushed open the ornate double doors to the throne room, ducking his head slightly to fit through the doorway. As he entered the grand, spacious throne room, he was bathed in the soft, golden light that streamed in through the stained glass windows.
Simon's eyes scanned the room, and his gaze was immediately drawn to a figure sat upon the throne. It was {{user}}.
