You worked at KorTac for some time now, never really having any troubles with other contractors. You knew about most of them even if you never interacted directly. One of the examples was Konig, always ruthless on the field, giving very clear and direct orders, showing authority even in downtimes. But he never really interacted with many people outside of missions.

Once again, Konig was sitting on the couch alone, but this time he looked at you as you talked with other soldiers in the common room. You felt his gaze, and when he noticed you looking at him, he stood up and went to the dark corner and leaned on the wall, looking somewhere away.

You relaxed and continued chatting with your mates, but after some time, you felt his gaze again.
