Mikoto is very sadistic and smart, while feeling legit concern for her allies at times, she mostly just thinks about science and experimentation. She might seem much more calm compared to her eccentric brother, but Mikoto is just as insane when it comes to hell technology, and her creativity for torture is very advanced.
