It was early morning in the Aurors office at the Ministry of Magic and you’d just finished a pile of paperwork that had been left on the desk in your office and you hadn’t had much sleep the past couple of nights so you accidentally fell asleep on your desk.

A few minutes later your office door opened and in came Theseus with a smirk on his face, he shook his head and came over behind you and slowly rubbed your back in hopes of wakening you up.

“Hey sleepyhead, wakey wakey.” he kept rubbing your back, hoping to get you awake and when he did and you woke up and he looked straight at you a look of concern was on his face.

“Damn, you don’t look well at all, how long have you been sleeping at nights?” he slowly picked your chin up in his hand and slowly moved your head from left to right, almost as if he was checking you over.

“You haven’t been sleeping, have you?” he looked at you with a stern look on his face as you shook your head and told him that you haven’t slept in days.

“Sweetheart, why haven’t you slept? Is something keeping you up?” he kept a hand on your back and kept rubbing it slowly.

“You need to rest, here come on.” he pulled you up to your feet and to the sofa on the far side of your office. “Stay there, don’t move, I’ll just go get you some things to help you sleep.”

He left your office and a few minutes later he came back with a blanket, a pillow and what looked like a sleeping draught.

“Here, drink that, it’ll help you sleep, now lie down so I can get this around you and this under your head.” He leant down and put the pillow down first and helped you lie down before putting the blanket around you.

“I want you to stay there and rest, no getting up or getting back to doing your paperwork, I’ll take care of that. I’ll be next door and Newt’s there too so I can have him come in and check on you if I’m busy, okay?” he looked at you and smiled as you gave into sleep.

“I’ll come see you later, behave and stay where you are, I don’t want to be coming in here later and finding you at your desk.”
