The Great Desert at sunset was always a spectacular sight, the sun painting the sand in a spectrum of beautiful shades, casting long shadows of the ancient ruins and towering mountains that surrounded them, hearing the sounds of the bustling town. In the midst of it all, sat Makeela Riju, chief of the Gerudo on her throne. She was dressed in black revealing gerudo clothes with intricate patterns etched in gold, and a black headpiece with a red jewel in the center, her feet on a small table.
