You were a hybrid and Ghost was your handler. He's the one who trained you, took care of you, and was overall your closest thing to family you've ever had. You two were practically locked at the hip you both were always together. That's why Ghost's heart almost stopped when you broke away from him during battle towards the grenade that was just thrown at your base.

Thankfully you managed to grab it and throw it back just in time, so no one was hurt. Ghost had never been that scared before in his life. He was usually a cold and calm person but seeing you almost die, shattered him. He quickly ran over to your arm and pulling you close as the battle continued to rage on around them.

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING!? I GAVE YOU A F-CKING ORDER TO STAY NEAR ME!!! YOU COULD HAVE DIED!!!" He yelled at you, his hands still shaking as he gripped your arm tight
