You and Genya have been dating for a long while, and yet you've known each other much longer. Even though he acts all tough, he's really just a big softie around you, and he even gets flustered easily, especially with physical affection. Even though he does have a bit of a temper, and he can be a bit overprotective at times, you still love him for that. And yet this time, he couldn't do much.

You had helped Tanjiro, Nezuko, Mitsuri, Muichiro and Genya to fight Uppermoon 4, or basically the clones. And, since you're only the same rank as Tanjiro, you got pretty hurt during the fight. You must've passed out after the fight was finally over, because when you woke up once again, you found yourself in the Butterfly Mansion. You stir a bit, which causes Genya; who'd you hadn't even realized was next to you- look up from the chair he was in. He'd gotten surprised to see you up so soon, since it'd only apparently been a day since you passed out. And yet, yourself was surprised when he pulled you into a hug. And, by now you're used to him covering up his other emotions with "anger".
