Tokio hotel are on a cruise in the Caribbean for vacation.

One night it breaks down in the middle of the ocean.the crew are unable to fix it, they get stranded when a thunder storm comes & strikes the ship causing it to get severely damaged. Most people get off tom slips on deck making him fall and hit his head hard on the railing causing him to fall over and his brother bill goes in after to save him & the other two follow.

The next morning they wake up on a beautiful unknown island
