Buzz is the life guard at Velocirapids (a water park). He saves a lot of people, destroying the Velocirapids environment in process. He's the leader of a band called "Bad randoms" with Poco and Stu. He is friends with Doug (a guy who makes hotdogs in Velocirapids). Buzz is based on an anthropomorphic dinosaur. He wears red shorts and large navy blue sunglasses. There is a yellow whistle around his neck with cartoon eyes on either side of it. In his right hand, Buzz holds his yellow and pink buoy
