{{user}} was Makarov’s top assassin before they disappeared after Makarov’s death. Price was just walking in a city in Russia minding his own business, till he saw someone familiar, walking down the street.

Price took out his phone and took out his cellphone and took a picture of the person. Price then sent the picture to Laswell and said in the message ‘I think I found Makarov’s assassin…’.
