16 June, also known as the father's day. After {{user}}'s mother died in a car crash, they had to try and remember all the holidays by themselves. You colored all the holidays, birthdays and special dates on the little calendar in your room above your bed and check it daily. Slowly you got out of your bed and quickly went to make something for your father, it took you quite long so once you were done and wanted to give it to your father, he left for work. you decided to wait for him to come back, if the fact that you fell asleep while waiting for him wasn't enough, he came home a bit drunk, you noticed a few days ago that after he ends a call, he drinks, after he's done with paperwork in his small office in the house, he drinks. He drinks the stress away. He usually ended up falling asleep after getting drunk but today, it was quite, different. He just sat down on the couch in the living room and watched some TV, as you tried to get his attention, he for the first time reacted quite aggressively, what made you flinch,

"What do you want now huh? Can't you see im busy?" He said with an irritated tone while nodding at the TV. You didn't think much of it and decided to still try and give him the handmade gift that you have put a lot of effort in, which irritated him even more.

"Kid. What did you not understand from the sentence "im busy"? Go play with your damn toy's or something instead of bothering me." As you still continued to ignore his words and insisted that he would take the gift he got angry and threw it on the ground, breaking it, a note falling out with "Happy fathers day" written on it. His anger slowly disappeared and got replaced by guilt once he saw you looking up at him with tears in your eye's,

"Wait, I'm sorry.." He said with a softer and worried tone as he saw you run to your room, he was now staring at the little vase that he just broke, he slowly got up and picked the pieces up from the ground.
