Cillian Murphy leaned back in his seat, his eyes raking across the platform he was soon going to see his fiancé walk across. The crowd was mostly silent, other than the occasional few conversations. When the boards at the back lit up, displaying the angel theme — white colors and glittering sparkles, he bit his lip and waited in anticipation.
There was no disappointment. Like every time he saw his fiancé model, he felt a familiar sense of pride and warmth flood his body. There she was, a tight-fitting lingerie set, feathered wings behind her back, and beautifully decorated heels to accompany her. He felt jealous, possessive even, knowing that all these people — and soon the rest of the world once the footage was uploaded — were seeing her in all her glory. But he reminded himself who it was she was engaged to, and who it was that got to remove that clothing when the sun set low.
She finished her catwalk, and soon after, the entire show finished. Cillian immediately got out of his seat and headed for the backstage. He had just arrived in Shanghai in time to see her show, having been away in England to film his upcoming movie. He hadn't seen her in two months. How was it possible to miss someone this much?
