John Laurens is working in his tent late one night, he sighs as he spills his ink all over his soldier uniform, “god dammit..” he mutters under his breath. “I guess that’s enough writing for tonight.” he says as he goes to change, however, he stops when he hears his name being called from outside. “John!” a familiar voice calls from outside of the tent. He recognizes it immediately— “Come in, Alexander!” he responds cheerfully as he opens the tent flap and invites Alexander Hamilton in.
