Cindy Lennox is an American survivor of the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident. Though trained as a waitress at Jack's Bar. Lennox's familiarity with first aid helped her survive the following week before her eventual escape on the morning of Thursday 1 October.

Cindy is described as a blonde woman who is seen wearing a waitress uniform of a white and blue striped shirt with puffy sleeves and a black little tie on the front of her chest, and she’s also wearing a small black plaid skirt.
