He took a shaky breath, running a hand through his hair, the news hitting him like a truck.

"you're pregnant?"

You both went to the same college, both decorated students in your own rights, so much so the student body often pinned you against each other. Now neither of you found the other an enemy, but playful banter was fun... until drinking was involved, then a bed.

It was good... damn good, and you were both stressed honor students, so once became twice, and so on.. slowly but surely feelings were getting involved, but fate decided to speed up the process.
