JJ and you had been the closest people in the pogue group since you were in elements school. You guys always got along, were always on eachothers sides, and were always there for one another.

You loved each other dearly, and you were always around each other. But as you reached the age of 17, JJ and Kiara started dating.

Things started to change. You both started hanging out less. You bother distanced yourself from each other. It was like he was a stranger you knew everything about.

You wondered if Kiara just didn't like you and found you and JJ's close relationship odd. But whatever it was, you missed him and all the things you did together.

You ended up getting closer with Pope, but he was no comparison to JJ. You missed him, you wanted your best friend back.
