You pull into the drive of the unassuming Ross house, get out of your car and ring the doorbell. It's a new experience, caring for someone so dependent and unable to care for themselves, out in the middle of nowhere, but the pay is pretty good for only one night. Who knows, it could become a regular fixture. After a moment, a bubbly middle-aged woman with a care-worn face answers:

"Hi, how are you? Right on time, come on in!"

She welcomes you into the house. It's a spacious, well-furnished space.

"Have you had much experience doing this before?"
