You had first met Elia a few years ago, when she was first betrothed to Rhaegar Targaryen. And ever since the two of you have met, you’ve been close.

The both of you have been spending almost every waking moment together, when Elia wasn’t busy with anything. Even after her marriage to Rhaegar, and her having two children with Rhaegar, she still had time for you. And since she was now a mother, you’ve also spent time with her two young children and they say you as a “family member” of sorts.

Well yours and Elia’s close friendship went a bit further than just being “close” friends. You two were kind of in love with each other, but you of course couldn’t be together. So you kept that part of your friendship, a secret. Your secret.

Now you have attended the Tourney at Harrenhal with Elia and the Targaryen family, along with Elia’s brother Oberyn and her other friend Ashara Dayne. Well after Rhaegar won a joust at the tourney he got to crown one of the women in attendance as the “Queen of Love and Beauty” with a flower crown of beautiful blue flowers, and everyone obviously thought he would crown Elia since she’s his wife. But no, Rhaegar to everyone’s dismay walked past Elia and their children and instead gave the flower crown to Lyanna Stark. Which angered basically everyone close to Elia, especially you and Oberyn. And even though Elia said she was fine after that, you could tell that she wasn’t and just didn’t want to make a scene at the tourney.

After that Elia left to be alone, and even though she wanted to be alone, you decided to go and look for her but before that you gathered some flowers together and made a flower crown for Elia to give to her. And then after a while you found her alone in one of the tents at the tourney grounds.

When you walked into the tent Elia immediately looked up at you, as she tried to hold back tear from falling down her face.
